As a heart component gift to you we bring you our last women's cirle of the year - Rrakabiya Sacred women's circle.
bringing you a Saturday or self nourishment, relaxtion, connecting in circle, and honouring ourselves.
Rrakabiya means "to heal" in the Nakara language from Maningrida, West Arnhem Land, both home to Menah and Noni.
A women's healing circle is something our ancestors practiced simply by gathering around fire. We are creating this space for women to come connect, be heard, feel nurtured, creatively express themselves, and practice acts of self care together.
Sitting in circle is a great healing tool.
