Mayala-Bol bring you a womens wellness cirlce to honour yourself, connect with other like-minded women, ignite sisterhood, allow your voice to be heard, and allow yourself to be celebrated.
Noni nad Menah will guide you through circle in a safe and gentle approach, guiding you through meditation, sharing a cup of tea or cacao, sharing and listening, and activites to reflect on the year of 2021.
